Job Description This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments. Duties Greet all guests checking into the hotel lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile. Direct them to where they need to check in and be able to answer any questions about the resort. Assist other sales departments as needed. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work well with others. Must be computer literate. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
