Como Líder de Turno, no solo mantendrás las operaciones funcionando sin problemas, sino que también ayudarás a liderar al equipo, establecer el ambiente de trabajo y brindar la hospitalidad por la que Freddy’s es reconocido. Como Líder de Turno, trabajarás de cerca con el equipo de gerencia para dirigir turnos, apoyar a los miembros del equipo y asegurar que cada cliente se vaya satisfecho. Desde mantener la cocina funcionando eficientemente hasta atender inquietudes de clientes, ayudarás a operar el restaurante sin contratiempos mientras desarrollas tus habilidades de liderazgo. Lo que harás: Dirigir turnos rápidos y organizados en cocina, drive‑thru y comedor. Asegurar que los alimentos se preparen, cocinen y sirvan según los estándares de Freddy’s. Abrir o cerrar el restaurante, contar cajas registradoras y manejar depósitos. Mantener estaciones abastecidas, limpias y en cumplimiento con las normas de seguridad. Capacitar, orientar y apoyar a miembros nuevos y actuales del equipo. Mantener al equipo motivado y enfocado en brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. Actuar como gerente en funciones cuando sea necesario y ayudar a hacer cumplir las políticas. Liderar con el ejemplo mostrando una actitud amigable, energética y enfocada en el cliente. Manejar comentarios o inquietudes de clientes de manera rápida y profesional. Ayudar a hacer de Freddy’s un lugar al que las personas quieran regresar. Lo que buscamos: Experiencia en comida rápida o liderazgo en restaurantes es una gran ventaja. Debe tener 18 años o más y contar con sólidas habilidades de comunicación y trato con personas. Comodidad trabajando en un ambiente dinámico y orientado al trabajo en equipo. Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
