Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and meat processing steps (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to standards; maintain product quality. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience; use handheld technology to inform decisions regarding production, training, and product quality with the member in mind. Be an Owner: Maintain a clean, organized work area; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage per policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Comply with policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy in executing processes and practices. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
