Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for an 8-week night shift contract requiring dual proficiency in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems and an active CA RN license.

Details

• Telemetry (Tele) unit position in a hospital setting
• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• 8-week contract

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience required
• Proficiency in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems required; minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months
• Recent clinical experience in Telemetry within the last 3 months required
• Active, unrestricted RN license with no prior license hits
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth and Social Security Number required for consideration

Additional Information

• No RTO (time off) will be approved for this contract; candidates requesting more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
• Specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required
