Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Weekends and holidays expected | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit during 12-hour night shifts
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Follow and apply knowledge of critical care pathways in patient management
• Float to like units and overflow areas as needed based on census and staffing demands
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia and Medication Competency Exam (administered via Zoom) prior to assignment start — 85% passing score required, one attempt only

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
• Current AHA BLS Certification required
• Current AHA ACLS Certification required
• Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam prior to assignment (85% minimum, one attempt)
• Flu vaccination required as part of compliance

• Charge Nurse experience
• Documented professional development activities
• Familiarity with critical care pathways
