If you're excited by high-impact projects, technical ownership, and the chance to help shape the future of AI within an enterprise environment, we'd love to talk with you.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering experience 2+ years building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production Strong experience with Python development Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application design patterns Experience deploying applications within Azure, AWS, or GCP environments Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system design Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions Desired Skills & ExperienceAzure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience Experience fine-tuning or optimizing foundation models LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks Experience with ML Ops practices and model lifecycle management Knowledge of NLP, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics Experience developing AI agents and multi-agent workflows Experience with Databricks and machine learning platforms Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands On 30% Team Collaboration The OfferBonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
