Pay & Benefits

• Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience).

Schedule & Flexibility

We offer a consistent 4/2 rotation (four days on, two days off) to ensure a predictable schedule and better work-life balance.

• Status: Full-Time
• Available Shifts: NOC (Overnight)

Your Impact

As a CNA, you are the primary point of contact for our residents. Your clinical and compassionate care drives their recovery:

• Quality Care: Deliver high-quality, personalized daily nursing assistance.
• Resident Comfort: Ensure patient comfort and successfully implement clinical programs.
• Vital Communication: Act as a critical link between residents, their families, and the medical supervisory team.

What We're Looking For

• Certification: Active California CNA Certification (Required).
