Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Regional Recruiting Manager @ HCP Talent | Sales Recruitment Director Clinical Operations Compensation: $140K - $170K pr/yr Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday. Day shift. Time split between 2 locations. A leading FQHC in Nassau County, NY is seeking a Director Clinical Operations to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations Support strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing Supervise operational clinical staff and coordinate care integration with medical leadership Lead compliance efforts, including audits and risk assessments (HRSA, HIPAA, 340B, FTCA, PCMH) Act as liaison for regulatory reviews and external quality programs Monitor productivity, financial performance, and EMR utilization Collaborate with billing teams to optimize revenue cycle Present operational updates at board meetings Retirement and Financial Benefits Retirement: 403(b) with 3% matching Financial Benefits: CME reimbursement, NHSC loan forgiveness, FSAs, pre-tax commuting contributions Qualifications Bachelor’s in healthcare or business (Master’s preferred) 5+ years in healthcare operations or compliance leadership, ideally in an FQHC Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and EMR systems Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills Salary: The posted range is not a guarantee.
