Kinder Kastle of Clifton is partnered with the Clifton School District for the Preschool Expansion Program. We are looking for a certified Teacher with a P-3 certification or teachers seeking alternate route.  Experience with Creative Curriculum is preferred.  Competitive salary and excellent benefits!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Daily Responsibilities

-Developing lesson plans based on Developmental Guidelines and monthly themes.

-Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.

-Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

-Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.

-Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning

-Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level

-Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills

-Building teamwork

-Using assessment tools and observations to track individual child development.

-Committing to continuing education.

-Ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance and State Licensing Standards

-Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

-Strong written and communication skills
