A steady hand for handling difficult or sensitive situations with tact, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the political acumen to prioritize competing demands
A collaborative, team-first mindset Why This Role? This is a chance to build something from the ground up, with Eurest @Disney - shaping the people strategy for newly assembled team, while being a true partner to the operations leaders and hourly associates who bring our hospitality to life every day.
