About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Valid Nursing License Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate, NRP, BLS Must-Have: Experience in Labor and Delivery Unit Ability to provide care for patients greater than 35 weeks Experience with pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, oligohydramnios, and gestational hypertension Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The role includes evening shifts of 12 hours. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment and care during labor and delivery. Candidates will work in a Level 1 facility. Patient populations may include those with various high-risk conditions. Responsibilities include assisting with deliveries and providing postpartum care. On-call responsibilities may be required. Floating to other units may occur as needed. Successful candidates must comply with certification and responsiveness requirements.
