About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1+ years required License: Pending state license accepted Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience is required. Patient ratio experience of 1:2 is required. Experience with arterial line management, chest tube insertion/removal, and trauma-level care is preferred. Description: The Registered Nurse will work in the Intensive Care Unit at night. First-time travelers are welcome. Options for 36 or 48 hours per week are available. Floating to other units as necessary will be required. Weekend shifts are required. The nurse will manage assigned patients according to established ratios. Experience with critical care procedures and patient management techniques is essential. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Adherence to infection prevention protocols and safety regulations is expected. Candidates must be skilled in monitoring vital signs and interpreting lab results.
