Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** September 14, 2026**Location:** Chattanooga, Tennessee**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** 48-hour guaranteed hours per week; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period; assignment on a brand-new 12-bed medical-surgical unit**Highlights:**- Join a brand-new medical-surgical unit with state-of-the-art setup and modern general med-surg equipment- Patient ratio of 5-6:1 with support from 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) per shift- Utilize Meditech documentation system for streamlined clinical workflows- Floating limited to medical-surgical units within the facility- Collaborate with a team-oriented and compassionate nursing staff dedicated to quality patient care- Consistent scheduling with predictable weekend rotation**Requirements:**- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility- Medical-surgical nursing experience required- Strong team orientation and compassionate patient care approach- Commitment to maintaining 75% or higher patient experience standards- Ability to meet facility dress code requirements (Navy scrubs)**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This is an exciting chance to be part of a brand-new medical-surgical unit from the ground up, where you can help shape the culture and standards of care.
