Senior Developer - AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop new AI applications from concept through production.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Management, leadership, data scientists, technical leads, and stakeholders on technology development.
• Work in small cross-functional teams and contribute across all layers of the software stack.
• Make technical decisions, share work and ideas, and help shape technical vision.
• Rotate through different projects and technologies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of programming logic and patterns.
• Experience or interest in DevOps and Extreme Programming practices, including microservice architectures, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.
• Ability to quickly learn new development methodologies and technologies, including generative AI, data ingestion, and Dev/MLOps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and shape technical vision.
• Experience with two or more programming languages, including Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Bash, C, or other languages.
• 5+ years of software development, software architecture, or applied research experience with a bachelor’s degree; 3+ years with a master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• Experience or interest in data engineering, including ingestion and cleansing and work with vector, graph, or relational databases.
• Experience or interest in GenAI models, prompt engineering, AI pipelines, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
