• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM — no on-call duties or weekend shifts.
• Patient Load: 15 patients per day in a non-admission ward; up to 20 patients per day in an admissions ward.
• Specialization: Inpatient psychiatry, focusing on acute and forensic adult units.
• Consultation Times: 30-minute medication checks; 1-hour evaluations, which may extend longer.
• Work Environment: Onsite presence required; full-time schedules are mandatory.
