Allied / Tech - IR Tech

Days, 8-hr shifts, start times between 7AM - 10AM, Monday - Friday. Traveler will be assigned 4x10-hr shifts on weeks where holidays fall. No weekends, no holidays. Possible standby, if needed. Can start 7/27, 8/3, 8/10 2026. 2 years clinical interventional imaging experience required. Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required. State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer required. ARRT (R) required. BLS - AHA only - required.

Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Years of Experience: 2 Patient Ratio Experience: Charting System Experience: Preferred Charting System Name: Epic Community Hospital Experience: - LTAC Experience: - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred Trauma Level II Experience: Required Travel Experience Required: - Certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI*, BLS, WI Radiographer license, Graduate of a School of RT Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports*, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines)*, Central Venous Lines- Care and Maintenance*, Chest Tube Placement*, Computed tomography*, Embolization*, Equipment set up*, Fluoroscopy*, Gastrostomy Tube Placement*, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter removal*, Inferior vena cavagram*, Interventional Radiology, Isolation Precautions/PPE*, PACS, Paracentesis*, PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance*, Prep access site*, Siemens*, Sterile Technique, Stocks supplies*, Thoracentesis*, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt)*, Ultrasound*

Location: University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI 53792. Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite. Other transportation options are available: bus, park & ride, private parking, etc.
