Growth Marketing Lead

We have partnered with a rapidly growing B2B technology company seeking a commercially minded Growth Marketing Lead to help accelerate the next phase of its expansion. The business develops highly technical products for enterprise and government customers and has established a strong reputation within its market. With increasing demand and ambitious growth plans, the company is investing in marketing as a key driver of revenue generation and customer acquisition. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys owning the full demand generation journey and can demonstrate a track record of creating measurable commercial impact. Working closely with sales and leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that generate qualified opportunities, improve conversion rates, and contribute directly to revenue growth. The successful candidate will understand how to market complex solutions to technical and commercial decision-makers, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will have experience building integrated campaigns, creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and using data to optimize performance across the funnel. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating in a scaling environment where marketing is expected to be accountable for pipeline creation and business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence go-to-market activities, and build programs that support long-term growth. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within B2B technology environments where products are technical, sales cycles are consultative, and buying decisions involve multiple stakeholders. Experience in communications technology, networking, wireless systems, infrastructure, hardware, industrial technology, aerospace, defense, or other engineering-led sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, a data-driven approach, and a passion for turning marketing investment into measurable business results.
