We have multiple positions open for senior-level project managers and program managers in the Information Technology space. Our PM’s support various project types, including:Software development or implementationInfrastructure projectsIT Security initiativesDigital transformation programsBusiness process improvement programsData migration projectsOur consultants work in a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, aerospace, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and technology innovation.At Persimmon, senior-level PMs are responsible to lead our most complex efforts, typically enterprise-wide programs or initiatives impacting many stakeholders, functions, and processes.QualificationsHere is what we look for in an ideal candidate; however, be aware that you could be an excellent candidate without meeting all of these criteria.7-10+ years overall Project Management experience3+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide projects or programsExperience working with or as a Business Analyst to gather requirements, capture current state/future state business processes, etc.Ability to manage complex schedules in Microsoft Project, track budget performance, and develop forecastsAbility to simplify and streamline schedule, budget, and status information to stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage mixed teams of customer, vendor, and partner stakeholders across multiple functionsExperience developing or contributing to the development of a thorough RFP packageWhy Work at Persimmon?Our organization attracts people who want to learn fast, work with purpose, and innovate…all in a collaborative, supportive environment.
