Overview Guest Experience Lead role at McDonald’s . Responsibilities Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves. Be the solution: handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction. Understand that teamwork is key: work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
