Bring a steady, organized approach to work that keeps clients informed and the local team moving.
\n \nAs a Client Services Coordinator, you will support conversations, maintain accurate notes, schedule follow-up, and create a professional experience from first contact onward. The work is full-time and on-site in West Palm Beach, with a local team that values professionalism, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
\n \nTraining is provided, and previous insurance experience is not required. Candidates from retail, hospitality, front desk, customer support, and other client-facing work can bring useful transferable skills.
