Pay Rate:25-27/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm with possible OT
Location: 501 North Sixth St, Monticello IN
Duration: 3 months
Candidate will need to be comfortable climbing ladders and going on the roof
Candidate will be at the site by themselves, so they will need to be a self-starter Team Overview: Mostly independent role, but will need to be able to hop in and assist others when needed. Resource's typical working day: Assigned daily/weekly/monthly PM's
Complete assigned work orders
Basic plumbing
Patching/painting
Dock door inspections
Ceiling tile replacements Licenses/Certifications:
Any applicable HVAC licensing is a plus Must Have Skills:
Excellent organization skills
Plumbing skills
Patching/painting skills
Drywalling skills
Electrical skills Nice to have skills:
HVAC experience
Vendor management skills Soft Skills: - Need to be able to trouble-shoot and also know when to advocate for outside vendors
- Excellent customer service skills with client
- Good written and verbal communication skills Years of Experience: 5 years Education H.S. diploma or GED Software skills: Basic computer skills

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
