Job Summary
As a key IT resource, you'll provide top-notch support for end users, ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues, managing device deployments, and maintaining compliance with IT standards. You'll work closely with the Site IT Lead, tackling complex issues and contributing to IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support and exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deploy and configure desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Assist with endpoint administration and security initiatives.
- Support system maintenance, audits, and project tasks.
- Educate users on IT standards and practices.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of desktop support or IT help desk experience.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and Active Directory.
- Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Preferences
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience supporting end users in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
