Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Cardiology Clinic RN you will help by being an integral part of a collaborative team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, holistic care for our Cardiology patients. Every day you will provide essential care within our supportive Cardiology department. Your day will be filled with opportunities to educate, support, and advocate for our patients, helping them navigate their health journey with dignity and respect. To be successful in this role, you must apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare patients for clinic visits, assist with procedures, and provide comprehensive nursing care Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Educulate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies Maintain strong working relationships with the healthcare team, responding to requests and participating in problem‑solving Provide coverage and support across various clinic areas as needed We are offering a $20,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements Required Job Requirements Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state A nursing degree from an accredited program CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire Preferred Prior clinical experience preferred Since 1885, CHI St. Alexius Health has been dedicated to leading health care in this region by enriching the lives of patients through the highest quality of care.
