Main Street, Delphos, OH 45833 Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Training on 1st Shift) Pay Range: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour + Shift Premium Keep Production Running! We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Mechanic to join our maintenance team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and working in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete preventive maintenance tasks Help install and maintain machinery and equipment Support facility maintenance as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Previous maintenance, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or related hands-on experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use hand and power tools Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus Points For Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or maintenance certifications Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings Familiarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, or automated equipment Work Environment & Physical Demands This position works in a manufacturing environment that may be hot, dusty, and noisy. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting heavy materials. PPE is provided.
