Shift Manager

This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate employer and is responsible for all employment decisions. Job Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
