Compensation: Varies by Project & Experience
We are building a talent pool of CNC and Machine Operators to support upcoming manufacturing and production projects. Opportunities may be short-term or long-term and range from entry-level machine operation to highly skilled CNC programming and setup roles.
What You'll Typically Do:
- CNC machine operation (lathe, mill, router, etc.)
- Machine setup, calibration, and changeovers
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Monitoring production runs and performing quality checks
- Adjusting offsets and tooling as needed
- Preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a CNC or machine operator preferred
- Previous experience of manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by role)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime if required
Preferred Skills:
- CNC setup and programming experience
- Knowledge of G-code and CAM software
- Experience with metals, plastics, or composites
