Tasks and Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community. Greeting patients. Collecting patient information. Verifying patient insurance. Maintaining patient accounts and records. Responsible for scheduling new patient appointments and follow up appointments. Oversees the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image. Educational & Licensing Requirements Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or technical institution. Current active and unrestricted (without sanctions) State License. Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply! We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.
