The Duke Cancer Network is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist-Oncologist to join our growing cancer program at Duke Health Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina. Opportunity Highlights Hospital-based cancer center Monday through Friday schedule Typical patient volume of 15-20 patients per day Develop a general Hematology-Oncology practice with the opportunity to pursue a clinical area of special interest Participate in a shared call rotation with Duke Cancer Network physicians Collaborative multidisciplinary environment supported by Duke specialists and subspecialty resources Opportunity to help grow and shape oncology services in a rapidly expanding market Collaborative Care Model This Physician Will Work Closely With Duke Cancer Network oncologists Rotating Duke Health oncology specialists On-site breast surgeon Advanced Practice Providers Specialty pharmacy services Experienced nursing and clinical support teams The program is designed to provide comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care through an integrated multidisciplinary model that emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and access to advanced treatments. Candidate Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Comfortable treating a broad spectrum of malignant hematology and medical oncology conditions Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong interest in teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration Desire to build long-term relationships with patients and referring providers Why Duke Health?
