Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP roles
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic intervention for a K-12 student population
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

What You'll Do:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students in individual or group settings
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and write evaluation reports according to district and compliance standards
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate student records and progress data
• Participate in IEP meetings to share observations and recommendations
• Adapt teletherapy and in-person modalities where appropriate
