Join a as a Project Manager with a growing storm restoration and retail sales company that has been in the business for 20+ years, where you will generate work through canvassing and networking while managing projects from initial contact to final payment collection. This role offers training, a base pay, and the chance to build a rewarding career with a company that genuinely cares about its employees and growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing and client networking
- Plan and coordinate storm restoration and retail sales projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with small teams of 1-3 members to achieve goals
- Follow up with customers throughout project lifecycle
- Collect final payments upon project completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in project management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in project planning and customer relationship management
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- Effective problem solving and negotiation skills
