Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Lead, coach, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines* Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders aligned with production needs and reliability targets* Drive execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies* Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence* Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Planning teams to optimize maintenance schedules and plant efficiency* Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, backlog, and MTBF* Oversee accurate documentation of maintenance activities within CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)* Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects to ensure timely and safe execution**What Makes You the Right Fit*** High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred* 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment* Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams (2+ years preferred)* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems* Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo* Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment* Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety**How You Would Stand Out*** Experience leading maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environment* Certification in maintenance/reliability (e.g., CMRP) or technical trade certifications* Experience supporting capital projects or large-scale plant turnarounds**Why Choose Us?*** Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team* Exposure to cross-functional collaboration within Operations and Engineering* Competitive compensation and benefits package* Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence* Career growth opportunities within a global organization* Inclusive and collaborative work environmentWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
