Surgical Technologist Opportunity

Immediate need for a talented Surgical Technologist. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Compensation Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation. Regular Pay: $12.20/hr Weekly Housing Stipend: $750 Weekly Meals Stipend: $544 Weekly Gross Pay: $1,733 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Scheduled Hours: 36hrs
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and operating rooms.
• Select, organize, and ensure availability of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during trauma, emergency, and elective surgical procedures by anticipating needs and passing instruments efficiently.
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and infection control standards.
• Perform instrument, sponge, and sharps counts according to facility policy.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols.
