Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas, or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in K-12 educational settings.
• Comfortable and skilled in both fine and gross motor interventions with children.
• Experience or strong interest in providing individualized (1:1) therapy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school-based professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and team interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, supporting fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation.
• Assess student needs, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress in collaboration with the educational team.
• Implement individualized and group therapy sessions as needed, adapting approaches for different age groups and learning needs.
• Educate and consult with teachers and families to ensure strategies are integrated into daily routines.
• Maintain accurate records and participate actively in team meetings.
