THE JOB:

As an On-Call Bus Person at Aria, you will primarily support Starbucks operations while also assisting at other quick-service outlets based on business needs. In this role, you will assist Fountain Workers by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking levels throughout the operation, including the dining area, storage areas, food pick-up station, and beverage station, in accordance with established service, sanitation, and operational standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.1513 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work closely with servers to ensure exceptional and timely guest service.
• Polish flatware and properly set tables with the appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories. Fold napkins according to service standards and ensure clean ashtrays are available in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs thoroughly, then reset tables with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and other required tabletop items.
• Remove used dishes, linens, and debris from tables and transport them to designated kitchen and disposal areas for proper cleaning and waste removal.
• Coordinate table availability and maintain consistent communication with Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, and Management to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.
• Maintain dining room floors to ensure they are clean, presentable, and free of debris.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of prior relevant experience in a restaurant environment, preferably as a Busperson, Food Runner, or in a similar guest service role.
• Willing and able to obtain and a valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to work varied, on-call shifts.
