Line and Prep Cook (Part Time)

As part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences whether it be through our Restaurant, Room Service, or vibrant events. Pay: $18 - $21 / hour Your Role: Master our menu, understanding each item and its preparation to deliver consistent quality. Keep storage areas organized and clean, setting up stations before opening and maintaining them throughout your shift. Prepare dishes with precision, adhering to event specifications and hotel standards. Complete necessary food and station preparations. Follow the "Clean As You Go" policy, keeping your work area spotless and safe. Breakdown buffets and kitchen line, storing food and equipment properly at the end of each meal period. Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and adhere to all safety procedures. Be proactive in managing food storage, rotation, and inventory. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Prior Cook or kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.
