" Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking an experienced LPN to assist in directing nursing services, delegate duties, and monitor staff performance under RN supervision. Responsibilities Include Observing patients for symptoms and reactions, including physical and mental conditions. Assisting with notifying physicians of emergencies or patient deaths. Implementing physician orders and performing assigned duties. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma and graduation from an accredited nursing school. Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Willingness to work as a charge nurse and during emergencies to ensure coverage. Ability to provide quality geriatric nursing care, follow doctor’s orders, and demonstrate genuine interest in patient well-being. Annual CPR certification and attendance at in-service training and staff meetings. Additional requirements include background checks, a drug-free workplace, and a commitment to compassionate care.
