Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials to practice in the state
• Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize a full caseload of students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education and therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students' physical needs and eligibility for PT services
• Develop and execute therapeutic strategies to support students’ IEP goals
• Document progress and treatments in compliance with school/district protocols
• Consult regularly with teaching staff and families to promote functional student participation in academic activities
• Offer guidance for adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed
• Stay current on best practices in pediatric physical therapy
