Role Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Pay Rate: $27.50/hr.
Employment Type: Per Diem / Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist in delivering high-quality patient care. The CNA will work under the supervision of an RN or LPN/LVN, performing delegated tasks and supporting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while adhering to safety, infection control, and nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs, height, and weight
Perform intake and output monitoring
Conduct glucose testing as assigned
Observe, report, and document patient condition changes
Provide patient support while maintaining dignity and comfort
Follow safety protocols and infection control standards

Facility / Position Requirements

Active California CNA license
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of long term acute care experience.
Up-to-date immunizations
Ability to pass drug screen and background check

Are you able to follow safety and infection control protocols consistently?
