We're looking for a skilled, dependable Plumbing Service Technician who enjoys solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.Troubleshoot plumbing issues and explain repair options to customers.Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment.Complete inspections and preventative maintenance.Accurately document work performed using company software.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of plumbing service experience (preferred).Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.Plumbing license or certifications are a plus but not required (depending on local regulations).What We Offer:Competitive hourly payPerformance bonuses and incentive opportunitiesPaid holidays and paid time offHealth, dental, and vision insurance (if offered)Uniforms provided (Shirts)Ongoing training and career advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environment with year-round workWhy Join Our Team?
