Education And/or Experience Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
