Your Role as Strategic Leader Collaborate closely with leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational vision. Your Role as Innovator Assess current technology platforms and operations, seeking continuous improvement. Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative software and PropTech solutions that enhance resident experiences, operational efficiencies, and asset performance across our portfolio. Lead transformative technology projects that elevate the end-user experience. Your Role as Technology Expert Evaluate and enhance cybersecurity practices to ensure they scale effectively with our organization. Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance of IT systems and infrastructure. Select and manage external technology and software partners to support our strategic goals. Monitor and report on IT performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency. Stay updated on emerging technologies. Your Role as Team Leader Foster cross-departmental collaboration to optimize organizational efficiency. Ensure the effectiveness and responsiveness of our help desk services, providing timely resolution of technical issues and exceptional customer support to internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the training department to develop and implement a comprehensive training and adoption strategy for our software platforms. Provide strong leadership and direction to the IT and software services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead with a servant leadership mentality, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service. Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible IT leadership roles, ideally within the real estate or property management industry, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in related fields is required. Experience in multifamily platforms, such as RealPage and Yardi, is required. Experience in managing complex IT projects and initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Experience with technology infrastructure management, cybersecurity practices, and IT governance. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners. Experience in managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
