SEC Reporting Consultant

Now Hiring: Sec Reporting Manager

A dynamic and well-established company is seeking an experienced Sec Reporting Manager for a contract assignment within the finance and accounting function. This role is an exciting opportunity to support quarterly and annual SEC filings and oversee key areas of external reporting for a publicly traded company.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and file Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• Draft and coordinate 8-K filings for quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations
• Manage the preparation of the statement of cash flows
• Oversee accounting related to the capital structure (debt and equity)
• Ensure compliance with SEC and US GAAP requirements
• Collaborate across departments to gather and verify financial data

What We're Looking For:

• 710 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in SEC reporting
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing documents with the SEC through EDGAR
• Proficient in US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Workiva
• Experience with stock-based compensation accounting
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
• CPA (required)
