Position Overview

Join the Dog Haus at Ballpark Commons, where you'll be the face behind the bar—crafting drinks, engaging guests, and helping deliver an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, craft casual Biergarten environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guest hospitality : Create a welcoming, fun bar atmosphere and provide top-tier service from first drink to last call
• Craft drinks to Dog Haus recipes : Mix cocktails, serve beer and wine according to quality standards and portion guidelines
• Know beer styles : Demonstrate solid understanding of beer offerings—especially local craft varieties featured at Dog Haus
• Upselling & menu guidance : Recommend drink & food pairings and suggest promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales 
• Maintain bar standards : Keep workspace clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout shifts; follow all service and safety protocols. 
• Team coordination : Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service. Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced bar setting. 
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to sell and guide guests effectively. 
• Availability for  evenings, weekends, and holidays —peak hours align with Ballpark Commons traffic patterns

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage : Approximately $7.25/hour plus tips—total earnings depend on shift and performance
