Project Manager / Business Analyst

Job Description:

Strong experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in Agile or Scrum environments.

Solid understanding of derivatives and SFT products including:

• Repos

• Securities Lending

• Related financing products

• Good knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) measures such as:

• PFE (Potential Future Exposure)

• CE (Current Exposure)

• CVA (Credit Valuation Adjustment)

• Hands-on experience managing requirements, Jira stories, Agile delivery workflows, and UAT processes.

• Ability to work closely with Risk Managers, Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking or capital markets environments.

• Familiarity with regulatory/risk transformation programs.

• Scrum certification or Agile project management certifications preferred.
