Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Own the Process

• Manage payment plan and stipulation collection cases from start to finish.
• Field outbound and incoming calls with professionalism, answering debtor inquiries, explaining account details, and resolving disputes in real-time.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and payment schedules in compliance with applicable laws.

Lead with Initiative

• Conduct skip tracing and investigative research to locate debtors and assets.
• Execute outbound calling campaigns to initiate contact, negotiate settlements, and develop payment plans that work.
• Partner with attorneys to create and execute strategic recovery plans.

Deliver Results

• Keep your case pipeline moving and documented — every call, every payment, every win.
• Balance high-volume call activity with quality case management to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain the highest compliance standards (FDCPA/TCPA) during all phone interactions while aggressively pursuing results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in the legal field or collections
• Excellent written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to manage deadlines with precision in a high-volume environment.
• Professionalism when interacting with clients, attorneys, and debtors alike.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working across multiple software platforms (case management, court portals, legal drafting software).
• Strong understanding of court procedures, legal documentation, and judgment enforcement is a plus.
• Experience with Collections in the State of Georgia is a plus.
