Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified NP or PA; with experience
- Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
- BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire
- Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps a bonus

Department/Location Specific Notes:
- Certification in BLS ACLS or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
