Payroll Specialist (In-Office, McLean) - Compliance & Pay

Southern Management Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to assist in all payroll processing activities. The role requires handling bi-weekly payroll, terminations, leaves, and payroll inquiries with strict confidentiality. The position is in-person in McLean, VA, reporting to the Payroll Manager within HR. Candidates should have 4+ years of electronic payroll experience and a solid understanding of federal/state payroll tax requirements.
