The General Manager plays a significant role in cultivating the atmosphere and culture of the restaurant. CORE RESPONSIBILITES OF A GM INCLUDE

• Culture Builder - crafting a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on communication and core values.
• People Leadership - interview, onboard, train, schedule, coach, engage, and develop store crew members
• Operations - manage productivity, quality, and food safety
• Financial Management - Oversee sales growth, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, and overall profitability of the store
• Customer Relations - ensure exceptional experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Community Ambassador - foster a strong presence in the local community and build positive public relations

Salary Description


$52,000 - $55,000 yearly, plus bonus potential
