Join a Dynamic ICU Team as an ICU RN Job Description: - Join an elite 9-bed ICU team with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1, ensuring personalized care. - Experience a variety of cases including adult patients and occasional stable pediatric cases. - Engage in a thrilling 12-hour shift schedule (day or night) with 72 hours every two weeks. - Work alongside a minimum of three nurses on each shift, fostering a collaborative environment. - Opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for charge nurse responsibilities. - Flexibility to float to other departments as needed (without taking on a patient team). - Must possess PALS certification and have pediatric experience. Shift Information: - 12-hour day or night shifts. - Holiday coverage required. Minimum Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS.
