Resident Assistant/Caregiver

Our Burnsville Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Full and part time available Additional shift differential of $2.00 for PM shifts and $2.50 for Overnights RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided Assist adults with activities of daily living Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment Medication administration Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
